TheWoWDBAnyone confirm that this doesn't work if you've already collected 3 Seals of Broken Fate the same week?
Otherwise I just got this and can't figure out how to place the work order...

Thank you for contacting us,and my apologies for the late reply,we are pretty busy this last couple of weeks :)
To start the work order you should not obtain 3 seals of Broken Fate,since the work order is supposed to give you one .
If you have allready obtained all 3 of them this week,you will need to wait for the next weekly reset,and then start the work order properly.

If you take the seal before you take the quest(As i did), this gets bugged and even if you have not taken 3 seals in the week, you will not be able to place any work order for seal therefore you will not be able to complete this quest.
The GM that i spoke with, told me that i need to wait for the next week!Anyone can confirm that?

Description
For years we wondered, we conjectured, that it was possible to control the twisting, slipping, streaming threads of fate and destiny. These books tell of powerful mages who embraced the manipulation of time. No no, not like Time Warp, they would laugh at us, think us silly amateurs. No, they were true Chronomancers. The only spell we've been able to determine is a conjuration. It calls forth what they termed a "Seal of Fate". This allowed them to repeat their actions. Let us try it out shall we?
