I had a difficult time finding the Queen. She's in a cave that you have to reach by swimming under water. The coordinates to the entrance of the cave are:

/way 62.9, 60.9

There are two mobs in the cave you need to kill. The Queen and what appears to be her guard. I found killing the Queen first was easiest.
