I think something broke this wq with prepatch, cant complete it
Option one:
You must be on the ground/ not swimming to use the spear.Bind the extra action key to a button.
Use the spear to hit one of the quest fish.
The extra action icon will now turn into a strong arm.
Just spam the key bind until the quest fish is on the shore/ ground.
Fish will die.
Loot fishOption two:
Enter the water and kill the quest fish.
Note: fish will try to dive deep to get away. Use a stun to stop this.
