Nasho spawns at the mouth of the cave and won't come running down until you tag him. Don't do the quest over again like I did thinking it was a glitch that he didn't spawn.

On This WQ You need to First speak with [npc=166129] She is inside cave enterence 44 65. Then You need to defend Her and at the end slay [npc=166437].
