If you are a little bit confused, this quest is almost exactly like The Mnemonic Locus in Bastion. This time however the swirly pool on the ground is minty green instead of a blue, and blends into the green ground very very well.
If you can't see it easily for various reasons it is directly between Baron Vyraz and Baroness Draka a few steps forward from the Sanctum door behind them and is in line with the braziers next to them.
A special ability will pop up that's a quick channeled spell. If you do not get this ability, turn off your UI addons.
Anyone else kind of bummed that none of the rewards look anything like the runeblade we actually made? It doesn't even have runes on it!

This cannot be a coincidence. It is clear that your runeblade is somehow connected to the Seat of the Primus. I will not pretend to know the Primus's agenda. But I would not be surprised if he left behind a way for the worthy to open the door to his sanctum. Draka will bring you to the Seat of the Primus. If you hold the key, mortal, then our victory is all but assured.
