TheWoWDByour arch must be 525 or greater to dig in panderia.. just verified the num. was 521 then got grandmaster(526) with next completion of artifact and panderia digsites were available

A note, this only works on Pandaren Arch sites.( Meaning sites only in Pandaria )
They also drop when you encounter an 'Ancient Haunt' (and kill it, ofcourse..). :)

The Order of the Cloud Serpent's history stretches back thousands of years, and although we have tried to preserve the old ways, there are ancient techniques that have been lost over time. You can help us recover some of this knowledge by searching Pandaria's dig sites for clues to our past. Use your archaeology skill to survey around Pandaria and bring me whatever you find.
