To do this quest you must enter via a new entrance for Legion, named "Karazhan Side Entrance". Coords are 46.7,70.2 and you must fly up. (It's not "Karazhan Catacombs" which has the same coordinates but lower down).

Hi all!
Be advised that currently all party members need to be nearby if someone clicks to collect a soul fragment. If a player has already continued to another area of the instance, or has died in the fight and is just running back, they will not receive credit when the fragment is collected.
The first four fragment items (Guest Chambers, Banquet Hall, Servant Quarters, and Opera Hall) can be found in the Lower Return to Karazhan if you're queuing. The fifth fragment (Menagerie) is found behind the Curator which is in Upper Return to Karazhan.
Don't do what I did and waste your time running around a queued Lower Kara looking for that fifth one. It's so much easier to go to Upper and eradicate the first boss.

Description
Though your primary objective is to liberate the tower from the Legion's hold, I have... another request. Karazhan is a place where magic and history intertwine. Moments of the past have been known to take physical form, and these forms can possess great power. As you journey through Karazhan, watch for places where memories coalesce. These fragments could provide valuable insight into what's really going on inside that tower.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
Getting there

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Power of Corruption
The time has come at last. Deep within the cavernous underbelly of Karazhan lies a long-forgotten chamber. Based on what you learned from our demon friend, I believe this is where its mistress dwells. This demon's master must come from the highest ranks of the Burning Legion.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Return to Karazhan: In the Eye of the Beholder
The Legion's intentions are clear. They intend to harness the tower's magical energy to communicate with other Legion worlds! I'm afraid we haven't much time, <name>. You must ascend the tower and destroy this monstrosity before it is too late!
