If you are like me and forgot where you bought these...instead going around clueless just go to the Vendicar in Antoran Wastes ( those in Krokuun and Mac'aree don't have the vendor ) and talk to High Exarch Turalyon :)
Edit : with new patch (7.2.3) released today you can buy Lightforged Bulwark followers in every Vendicar of each zone.
In Legion Remix however it is perfect for you don't really have anything else to use the resources on and it gives you Cache of Infinite Treasure :D
