Several quests that require bag items to be activated/combined for completion are currently bugged on release if you have any "Artisan's Supply" quests in your quest log. If you are stuck on the last step and cannot activate the Bottled Essence to complete this one, abandoning any Supply quests will fix it.

The same issue/fix applies to Black Dragonflight key combining world quest and a few side quests that require bag items.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Sweet Taste of VictoryLevel 40-70

There is great potential in small things. The Bottled Essence may feel light as a feather, but it holds immense power. Take it to the Engine of Innovation.

After this quest

Taken from a quest that requires this one.

  • Crafting OrdersLevel 40-70

That's a nifty thing you got there from the titan device. Now hand it over! Just kiddin'! I wouldn't know the first thing about how to use that. Do you? Go talk to Mimzy Sprazzlerock. She's got a whole gig setup findin' folks to do something called "crafting orders".

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
