If anyone is having trouble getting Turalyon to give you this quest as of 7.3.2. Go to the Vindicaar in Antoran Wastes. For some reason he will give you the quest there but denies you in Krokuun.

Edit: This is now fixed. They fixed it the same day it broke. :D

Description
