TheWoWDBRemember that the quest directs you to NETHERGARDE keep, not Honor Hold keep, so head to the Blasted Lands. I spent ages trying to find a guy in Honor Hold keep, and even when looking through these comments on here, I was still convinced that, although I knew I was in Honor Hold, the name of the keep in there was Nethergarde Keep. Blasted Lands, just remember that.
