Hellfire Fortifications

Simple quest. Just run inside of each of the three forts and stand there until it says that you've captured it. The amount of time that this take varies. Two things to note are:
1) You can only capture them if they are neutral or are controlled by the other faction. If they are controlled by the other faction, they will first turn neutral after you standing there for a while. Keep standing there and you will soon capture it.
2) If you are on a PvE server, you will have to be flagged for PvP in order to capture any of the forts.

Actually, you must complete the following three quests of a quest chain: The Legion Reborn The Path of Anguish Expedition Point Which unlocks this quest, and upon completion unlocks the daily Hellfire Fortifications of the same name.

Description
The Hellfire Citadel wages constant battles with our forces. We are holding our own so far, but we can't yet launch a real offensive against them. To do that, we need forward staging areas. Our scouts identified three fortifications near Hellfire Citadel. We want you to help secure these forts. Capture each fort, and then report back to me. May fortune shine upon you in the conflicts ahead, {name}, for you will no doubt clash with Horde forces eager to gain these same fortifications.
