Legit way of reaching the crate if you have not hone Shadowlands quest line: When pcelebration portals are opened in Shadowlands location (Ardenweald, Revendreth), you can go to these locations, go to nearest flight point, and fly between Shadowlands locations (to Maldraxxus in particular)
you can get to maldraxxus using the mythic portal in dornogal, then you can buy the https://www.wowhead.com/item=181163/scroll-of-teleport-theater-of-pain for later use
