Go to The Ruins of Ahn Qiraj, /way 42, 93. (Fly around from southern Uldum.) Go into the cave and jump down to Andrestrasz.
Pull out a Corgi Pup, which will dig the ground at /way 44.6, 90. (Behind Andrestrasz.) There should now be an interactable object, which will give you Mysterious Bones.
Go to Weeping Bluffs in Stormheim. The Unmarked Grave is at /way 37.35, 47.65. (Bluffpoint.)
This will give you the quest, which turns in at Alyx at Caverns of Time.

Go to Ahn Qiraj: The Fallen Kingdom
South of the Ruins along the coast there is a cave ( /way 42.15, 92.82 Entrance )
You can jump down to Andrestrasz
Go behind her and summon your Corgi pet
Corgi will dig up Mysterious Bones around ( /way 44.56, 90.03 )
Go to Weeping Bluffs in Storheim (Skyfire Triage Camp is closest Flight Point)
Go to the Unmarked Grave ( /way 37.33, 47.63 )
Use the Mysterious Bones in your bag at the grave.
Accept quest, return to Alyx
