If you've just arrived at New Agamand (which you probably did if you just got this quest), it would be best NOT to take the follow-up, To Venomspite!, until you complete the other three quests picked up here. The follow-up to this quest will automatically take you to Venomspite. Not a huge deal, but for efficiency's sake it's better to do the other quests first.
For anyone who cannot get this quest still, the answer is probably you either have or have done the quest Imbeciles Abound! but it says that on the I.Abound page :s had me confused all day
