TheWoWDBWith the 7.3.5 hotfix that lets you pick this up, this now shows on my world map as a point of interest, but Matoclaw is not there to offer it. I completed the follow-up before this breadcrumb was added to the game.

This is an auto-accept breadcrumb quest that you get after completing Black Heart of Flame.
Before this was added people who completed the quests at Grove of Aessina in a certain order would have no indication that they should go back to the grove to pick up the next quest in the chain.There seem to be no way of picking up this quest if you already completed Black Heart of Flame before patch 4.0.6, there is no quest available either from Matoclaw or from Blackhorn's Penance.
Hopefully with the release of 8.1 and the Darkshore Battlefront more people notice this quest on their map and Blizzard addresses this bug.
