Breaking the Bonds

Just click on the 2 Rod of Subjugation that connects the chains to Tortolla (I keep thinking his name is Tortilla for some odd reason) and kill the Twilight Dominators that spawn and quest is complete. Don't need to go anywhere for this quest to be done!
