On the west side of the lake, you can see Merithra and her green dragons next to the dreamway gate.
On the south side of the lake, you can find some old quest givers from the Cataclysm days: Tholo Whitehoof and Aren Shadowseeker.

Soothing [npc=152100]'s will drop azarite droplets, which in turn gives you a stacking buff for up to 30% damage increase.
So sooth all the [npc=152100]'s you see. It makes killing the [npc=152572] much easier.

Description

Azerite elementals are runnin' wild, driven mad by Azeroth's pain. They're menacin' the spirits o' nature that protect the World Tree. The roots o' Nordrassil run deep, nurtured by these sacred waters. For the sake o' Azeroth's world soul, the tree must be defended. Quiet the restless elementals and use yer Heart o' Azeroth tae mend the wounds ye find. We cannae let Hyjal become another gapin' scar like Silithus!
