As of Patch 7.3.0, to START Talon Terror,
I found [npc=106299] INSIDE the Circle of Spirits within The Dreamgrove (44.4, 51.5), NOT outside in the Emerald Dreamway.Exit The Dreamgrove via the portal to the Emerald Dreamway, after crossing the bridge, immediately make a 90 degree turn to
your LEFT and you will be facing the Mount Hyjal Portal (52.7, 52.7)... {Hey, is there an ECHO in here?}. It is the first portal
going from left to right as seen from in front of the bridge.OBTW, once I plugged in my waypoint to find Thisalee again, I got a nice view (possibly your character's first) of Argus in the
heavens above Teldrassil.I found Thisalee at The Shrine of Avianna immediately next to the Flight Point. Turn in this quest and pick up next TWO in the chain.

Description
I just received word that the Shrine of Aviana is under attack by the Burning Legion! While the Druids of the Talon here are taking their time planning and strategizing their defense, our brothers and sisters are being slaughtered where they stand. I cannot stand idly by while my home shrine is in danger. Please, come with me to save my people.
