I am unsure if there is a requirement that I haven't completed, but I am rank 2 with them, I bought all of the keys and got the relic restoration quest, but whenever I go into that cave it is filled with Agitated Deathroaches. I am unsure as to whether this is due to a weekly thing, or quest progress, but I have been doing most things and following guides too.
