TheWoWDBIf your still having trouble, I can confirm the coordinates are (64, 84) if your standing right on top of him, which is a perfect south-west point from the lake about a centimetre or so away if your looking at the map. If your using DCoords addon, the exact location is (64.16, 84.50). Good luck guys.

Use the item in your inventory on Gorat's corpse (64,84) to spawn Gorat's ghost. Just follow Gorat's ghost towards the little island in the Fallen sky lake. No need to cross over to it as Gorat's ghost will shoot a flare onto the island exposing Captain Elendilad. He will turn hostile and leap over to the shore where you are and engage you in combat.
He is easily dispatched and you can complete the quest easily. Return to Kadrak to hand in the quest.

For those, like me, that have trouble with this, Gorat is the green NPC that is in the middle of the Fallen Horde Assassins. Use the Gorat's Imbued Blood while targeting his corpse which will cause a ghost to spawn. DO NOT MOUNT UP, but follow the ghost (Spirit of Gorat) to the lake and wait for him to summon Captain Elendilad. Kill the captain and you're done!

The Horde may have never known one more loyal than Gorat. He never failed to complete a mission, and it would seem that he refuses to allow this to be his first. Gorat had you deliver this vial for a purpose. Dinah is the daughter of a revered shaman, and is more powerful than she appears.
