There is a bug letting you switch target while the Delevitator is casting, letting you shoot down the new target irrespective of range or faction. Make sure you don't accidentally shoot down your gnomish allies in their gyrocopters. Someone in the 7th legion doesn't like Gnomes though, because they still give Pterrodax kill credit.
