just did this quest, from the bag i got a [item=133642] (only thing that dropped from the bag). It was not warforged/titanforged, did not have a socket or any kind of upgrade and it was a mythic item just like any item from a mythic dungeon.

In the clouds high above Stormheim, the titanic keeper Odyn has called the greatest vrykul warriors of Azeroth to be his Valarjar. Amidst feasting halls and hunting grounds, these ascended vrykul test themselves and prepare for the great war that is to come.
