This questline is a great example of why I hate our characters being brainless idiots who blindly follow orders. Instead of bringing him more and more spores to swallow, we should have knocked him out and brought back to the camp for healing ASAP.
Khaano will go to area around this coordinates: 60.9, 61.9 where you need to kill him. In this clearing you will be affected by Red Spore Haze, it makes you stronger(more HP) but probably slower (But I noticed only the buff part of the haze).
You might want to stay in the area during fight, if you leave you will lose buff from the Red Spore Haze but your enemy will not lose anything.Turn in the quest to Rangari D'kaan at your Highpass Outpost.
