This quest chain sucks, the mobs in the cave are so over tuned. If you die at the end of the cave it kicks you out to a different spirit healer so you have to fight your way again through everything. And, like usual, the NPC is completely useless.
The quest giver did not show up until Balancing the Scales was complete. Upon completing both quests, both quest givers showed up for turn in. This had me running around looking for the quest giver for turn in.

Description
I can't believe how much Nari has been through. This perversion of our history, our culture... my family... <Lysander glances at his sister.> These demons came in here from somewhere. I'm certain the source of their invasion lies in the depths of our barrow den. You and I can put a stop to it. I won't let this place haunt her any longer, {name}.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Balancing the Scales
The time for subtlety is over. Lord Hel'nurath has made himself known to us... and I will not rest until I see him slain. <Maiev clenches her teeth.> Ready yourself, <name>. Together we will show these demons why they should fear the kaldorei.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Wardens' Wrath
Lord Hel'nurath's hubris gave me an opportunity to study what he's doing. I think I found a way to give us an opening to strike. <Arko'narin glances at her brother.> I fear this will take a lot out of Lysander. But I know he'll give it everything he has. Perhaps...
