Then:
The Sand, the Cider, and the Orb

These two at once: Warlocks Have the Neatest Stuff and Shadow Boxing

Then:
Return to Keeshan
Chiselgrip, the Heart of the Steppes

Enables these quests, which must be completed before General Thor'izog in the main chain:
Prove Yer Allegiance
Scrapped Golems (leads to Golem Training)

Main chain continues:
A Needle in a Hellhole
A Perfect Costume (4 versions) Read the quest carefully. What creature disguise do you need?
---> Orc (given to Humans and Dwarves): 2 Hides, 4 muds, 2 thread
---> Goblin (given to Gnomes): 1 hide, 3 mud, 4 thread
---> Troll (given to Night Elves): 3 Hides, 2 mud, 1 thread
---> Ogre (given to Draenei and Worgen): 4 Hide, 1 Mud, 3 thread

Then:
Into the Black Tooth Hovel
Grunt Work
Look in your quest log -- Strategic Cuts has silently appeared
The Kodocaller's Horn
Taking the Horn for Ourselves
Until Blizzard fixes it, when you turn in this quest, you will get a failed quest sound
with "You don't meet the requirements for that quest". Don't panic.

You must by this time have finished Stebben's quests, listed above.

Trial by Magma
I Am the Law and I am the Lash [I think this completing this one is optional]
When you accept the above, look for Abuse of Power in your quest log

Then:
Enough Damage for One Day
Morgan's Vigil

Completing that quest allows for these four together:

Blackened Ashes
A Heap of Delicious Worg
Latent Demons of the Land

Then these three together:
Blood Tour
Draconic Vanguard
A Deal with a Dragon

Given when third one above is completed: Placing the Pawns

Then these three:
A Delivery for Thorg'izog
A Delivery for Neeralak
A Delivery for Zi'lun

Auto-accepted when above three are done:
Locked and Loaded

And the epic conclusion:

The Spoils of War

I would like to know if it is possible to complete this quest and then accept and complete Mouton Flamestar sequentially. I know some breadcrumb quests can overlap now, so has anyone done/tried this? Thanks.

As it turns out, I was able to accept and complete both quests concurrently. I accepted Mouton Flamestar and then Hero's Call: Burning Steppes! and was able to keep both in the log and turn them in.
