Equivalent breadcrumb quests are Tanaris is Calling for ally and Tanaris is Calling for horde.

Well, seeing that my Worgen Hunter has both Hero's Call: Tanaris! and Tanaris is Calling in the quest log at this moment, it might be a good time to point out that they're apparently not mutually exclusive.

The Alliance needs your help to win concessions from the local baron and access to the area's priceless resources. You can reach Gadgetzan by traveling south from the Shimmering Deep in Thousand Needles. For the glory and honor of the Alliance!
