TheWoWDBWith my 450 fishing main it was 100% catch, so i decided to try it with a new fishing alt.
Starting at 1/75 with no lure he didn't catch a walleye until 28, then 39, 44, 47, 49, 51, 54, 55 (i then threw my stack back to keep recording), 56, 57, 62, 63, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74... at this point it became 100% catch rate.
I figure at 70ish it becomes 100% as that is also when i stopped catching trash in the respective body of water.

To catch this make sure your minimap reads "Stormwind Lake" otherwise you will not catch them. Spent 10 minutes fishing by the little dock besides the cathedral and didn't catch a single one, later noticed it's part of "The Canals" : /
Fished up from the Stormwind Lake north of the Cathedral District.
Unless you fish up junk, you have a 100% chance to fish up the Hardened Walleye.

Sometimes, I fish for fun. Other times to relax, but sometimes I want a challenge. That's where the hardened walleye comes into the picture. This prized fish is not caught for us to eat, but for the challenge. You can find the walleye in Stormwind Lake just north of the city. Think you are up to the challenge?
