Hive Maintenance

To complete this quest run into the flowers then run into the Honeybee Pollinator bee's near by.
You are essentially bringing the pollen on you to the bee's.

The flowering plants are taller than a human, green stalk with white bells (flowers) hanging down from them. When you get close enough you will see the quest item sparkle near their base. You run through one and get a buff, faint yellowish fog about you. When you approach one of the bees (wasps) whether yellow or green to you, the buff disappears and the quests counts one pollen delivered. You can use the same flower and bee for all 8 if you wish, but there are many flower plants about the area and many neutral and friendly (yellow and green) bees about too.

This quest, along with Honeyfreeze Mead, will not progress for me. I can gather the pollen, run to a bee, it dances around me and clears the buff, but 0 quest progress. I've tried abandoning the quest and relogging. No change.

For the honey quest, when I loot the honeycomb it's just empty.

I'm wondering if it's because I turned in all my Furbolg artifacts up front and got to 100/100 language proficiency before doing these quests.
