I present You Storyline Winterpelt Hollow. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Azure Span which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:
1A. Hollow Up - Quest start from [npc=189401] 65.40 15.96, Uncover 6 clues in Winterpelt Hollow is a lot of them around.
1B. Aggressive Self-Defense - Defeat 6 Winterpelt furbolgs.
3. Bear With Me - Speak with [npc=189401] and pick i think any answer or dialog way.
4. Ice Cave Ya Got There - Go to cave /way 66.35 11.60, and first dialog will start then slay 2 bodyguards then [npc=189391]. That Quest is finish this Storyline.Hope That Help You :)

Cave entrance is at the small, frozen waterway. Coords: 66.35, 11.61
If it bugs for you too and the encounter doesn't start, mine was resolved by logging out inside the cave and then logging back in. Can't guarantee it, but that's what worked for me when the RP didnt start!

Description
Well, yer accent is atrocious, and ten-thousand years o' isolation an' linguistic drift hasn't done us any favors, but I think I got a rough impression at least. The common thread in what they were tryin' to say was somethin' aboot a "bad cave wind" or an "evil storm cave." That, or their laundry was too Thursday? Look, this isn't like learnin' Gnomish; there're goin' to be some hiccups. I'm pretty sure aboot the cave though, so let's start there.
