Iskaaran Fishing Net

If the creation of the item wants you to use it on something, target yourself and it should work. Thanks to Hyphie on the official forums figuring that out.

For some reason I couldn't find a third Strong Sea Kelp. Abandoning the quest and picking it up again, immediately gave me all the reagents.

[item=199695] is one of Iskaaran fishing gear. To craft it you need to earn renown rank 5, pick up the quest from Tavio Iskaaran Fishing Net and collect 2 parts:

• [item=199925] x2 - can be found mostly to the north of Iskaara only during the quest.

Various Iskaaran fishing gear blueprints unlock as you earn more renown with [faction=2511].
You can craft them visiting [npc=195935] in Iskaara, coordinates are 12.82 49.17.
Every gear required different materials you can find across the Azure Span. This system is similar to The Ascended crafting.
