Not sure if this is a bug, but I did this on my guardian druid - loot set to guardian and only had int main/off hand rewards available no matter what spec I chose.

I present You Storyline Rustpine Den. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Azure Span which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

1. Broken Traditions, Broken Bodies - Quest start from [npc=187301] 63.21 58.61. Speak with [npc=187534] 65.63 54.86 then go 63.50 52.97.
2A. Former Furbolg Family - Slay 15 mobs
2B. Elemental Influence - Destroy 3 [npc=187855]: /way 62.74 51.78 /way 62.32 51.25 /way 62.00 51.76
2C. Rescuing Radza - Go to help [npc=187616] 60.98 51.47 then slay 3 waves.
5. His Stone Heart - Slay [npc=187387] in cave /way 60.88 50.12
6. Nowhere to Go - Meet [npc=187535] at Camp Nowhere. After this Quest Storyline finishHope That Help You :)

Description
We howl with grief for our chieftain, yet he lives. What remains of Stoneheart is in the cave ahead. Many tried to reason with him. He killed them--and almost killed Narn. He is a monster! This is the goal of the primalists. They would turn us into stone and flame to serve them. There is no Rustpine left in him. He must be destroyed before others meet the same fate.

Primalists came. They offered us new strength: the command of the elements. I did not think Stoneheart would accept their gifts. Our clan did not need power. He thought nothing of the cost. His terrible decision cannot be unmade. The magic has corrupted my clan--like disease rots a root.

Narn says not all the Rustpines followed Stoneheart or the Primalists. Some resisters are held against their will. Totems spewing rock and mud restrain them... to force them to obey. Shatter the totems. Set them free!
