To make it clear, you can always see the hunt objectives on your map, so if your shard is showing 3/4 Roiling Stygia but you can't see any yellow dots on the map, it's bugged and you should try server hopping.
This is like spending three hours mowing your grandfather's two-acre lawn with a push mower and having him give you a nickel as payment. Why even bother designing this?
