Icy Ink is a quest for level 10-70. It rewards 1 reward item, 1 reputation reward and 9,500 experience.
The icy beasts in the frozen biomes excrete a very rare and mysterious liquid. The liquid's properties make it the perfect binding agent for our inks. I'm a southpaw so the prospect of not smudging my page is very exciting to me.

The area outside (and inside) the Ice Cave just southwest of the Rhonin's Shield flightpath is good for this. Regular bears and even a few easier to kill cubs all seem to have 100% droprate.

There's always at least one poop quest...
The place that immediately popped in my mind for this is the area with all the Ice spiders, Shiverweb Vale. These even drop for the spiderlings so you can almost get all 20 in a single pull (if your toon can handle it)

Just east of Azure Archives if you don't do coordinates.
