TheWoWDBI could be mistaken, but in my experiences it seemed that if the Hyjal Wardens jump in to assist in the fight, you don't get credit for the kill.

Get 4x juniper berries, and feed 1 each to a faerie dragon. The inciter will show up after that. Just do this 4 times.

Description
This is no mere natural occurrence, {name}. There must be a twilight presence behind our lines that we haven't accounted for. It's possible that whoever is instigating the elemental disturbance is using foul magic to hide themselves from our sight. Seek the aid of the faerie dragons that roam near the World Tree; they can see through any of our enemy's illusions. Feed them the juniper berries that grow nearby to gain their trust.
