As of 10.1.5, the quest Infusing the Heart ends abruptly because the following quest [quest=51403] has been removed from the game. As players, we are also locked outside of the Chamber of Heart.

I've looked around and found an acceptable solution. Acquire the quest Send the Fleet / Send the Fleet from your commander on the ship. It will start a moderately long quest line, which is supposed to be introductory to the 8.2 catch-up zone Nazjatar. The quest line will later take you to a side hustle after A Way Home / A Way Home, Essential Empowerment offered by Magni. Magni is standing next to Oculeth / Jaina.

Continuing down the quest line will soon bring you to Harnessing the Power. This will:

  • Enable the [object=325722] for you to access the Chamber of Heart.

  • Enable the [spell=295728], allowing you to customize major and minor powers on your amulet.

  • Instantly ding your [item=158075] to level 50.

  • Award you the [spell=295384] from [item=168611].

In this way, we are able to continue with the gameplay in BFA.

  2. Use Extra Action Bar Quest item (Heart of Azeroth) near the Azerite Chunks on the side of the room

  4. Use it one more time in the middle of the room to empower the Heart

The reward is your first Azerith gear.
You need to collect [currency=1553] similar to Legion Artifact Power to increase the lvl of your [item=158075].
Each lvl of [item=158075] right now gives +2 item lvl of [item=158075]. and unlocks certain artifact gear traits on your Head, Shoulders and Chest slots.
It doesn't matter which one you choose right now, because you will get similar quest soon and you will be able to get full set.

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Heart of AzerothLevel 40-60

Our world's dyin', <name>. Sargeras's sword has cut deep. Her pain is drivin' the elements into a frenzy! I can hear Azeroth's voice, but she needs more than her speaker. She needs her champion. Far below us lies an ancient titan vault called the Chamber of Heart.

The storyline at a glance

The Heart of Azeroth has 2 steps, from The Heart of Azeroth to Infusing the Heart.
