I have completed all prereqs for this quest. I shows in my log as being the next quest to continue the campaign but Kivarr is not there, only Lord Herne. Any ideas on how I can get this quest to show up?
It wasn't until my upteenth time running through the campaign that I realized this was the same guy. Killing him became that much more satisfying
