You can do “Personal” crafting orders between your alts. Just make the “tip” price 1 silver (since 5% of your tip gets taken by the order service). Change the order time limit to 12 hours to lower the cost per order from 20g to 5g, so that’s 25g to complete this quest.
The alts have to be on the same server (or combined servers), and high enough level to get to the Dragon Isles hub and place crafting orders.
Turn in is at [npc=194026] (as of this writing, the question mark doesn’t show on the map).
/way #2112 35.6 59.0 Azley (quest turn-in)Thanks to Wowhead user spaeck for pointing out that 12hrs = 5g price.

If you go by the crafting table for your profession and open your recipes, you'll see a tab at the bottom that says "Crafting Orders". From there you can see what people want someone to make for them. Don't go to the crafting orders clerks - that's where you order something to be made.
Cheapest materials option for orders from alts is almost certainly [item=192834], which uses one Misshapen Filigree from the vendor for 2g or often even less on the AH, and one Mystic Sapphire which typically go for 2-3g on the AH. So figure 4-5g of cost per order for each order, 8-10g for the quest.
Edit: it's more of a shuffle, but depending on how you do these things also consider submitting the orders for whatever the trainer weekly is, eg when the trainer wants 2 Sundered Onyx Loupe, submit it as an order from your alt. After fulfilling the order then you'll end up having to go back to your alt to send the result back to your main for the quest, which is kind of a drag. It works for me though because I'm an altoholic so the first thing I do on them each week is to log into each for their mettle, get their profession quests, and have them all submit treatise orders to my inscriptionist. Then my inscriptionist has to make all of the treatises and I have to log back into all of the other alts to read them. Since I'm already doing all of this shuffling around for professions, putting orders for each's weekly trainer quest is not much additional overhead. As it happens, I have two JCs (don't ask) so the first one just submits the trainer order to the second one and vice versa.
