Jarl Needs Eyes

Jarl Needs Eyes is a quest for level 15-30 in Dustwallow Marsh. It is step 11 of 83 in the Dustwallow Marsh storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Dustwallow Marsh at 55.4, 26.3. It rewards 5,150 experience and money.

Description

Eye juice is good juice for drinking. Too bad most critters only have two eyes.

But spiders have lots of eyes. Lots and lots. And Darkmist eye juice is tasty. Smooth and salty! Unpopped spider eyes... I taste them already.

Darkmist spiders are west of here, in the Darkmist Cavern. You figure the spiders are named after the cave... or is it the other way around?

The process of the quest undermines the idea. Jarl has you go find spider eyes because spiders have more than two eyes, so in theory your quantity should be larger per kill, but every spider I killed dropped no more than two. I guess the rest of them all popped...

Where to go

  • Marsh Frog LegsDustwallow Marsh · Level 15-30

I like cooking. Good swamp cooking. Fried green frog legs and the like. And I'm all out of legs. The manor is overrun with frogs, though. Giant marsh frogs. Think you could bring me some of those legs? Nothin' to it, really. Just bop 'em on the head and bring me the legs.

  • Jarl Needs a BladeDustwallow Marsh · Level 15-30

I have cutting to do. I can't tell you what I'm going to cut, but... I need myself a blade. A certain blade... Some people call it a sword. I call it a swing blade. You help me? Those fish-men, you know, murlocs or whatever they're called....
