Laosy Scouting is a quest for level 30-35 in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
Lao Softfoot got himself captured again up on the Golden Stair. I'm not going to make any excuses for him, he's a lousy rogue.
We probably shouldn't just leave him there though. Could you go find him?

Finding him easy by using following macro and spamming it while flying over the quest zone.
/target Lao Softfoot
/run SetRaidTarget("target", 4)
I dunno, he seems to be a great rogue.
I sure as Hell took awhile to find him.
Lao will be found inside one of the black cages found all around the marked quest area on the map.
