The player returns with Bathoras and they find Kolgar still stooped over Duroz's body.
[npc=194801] says: They say it's... dishonorable to die in your sleep. That it's cowardice for an orc to not face down death.
[npc=194805] says: And do you believe the same thing?
Kolgar Flameguard says: I don't know. Maybe he did. Maybe he thought that any death other than rotting away like this would have been too good for him.
Bathoras says: We must all let go eventually. But letting go is not the same as ceasing.
Bathoras sends the player to retrieve an [item=198701] from [npc=189448].
Trellain says: Here you are, <name>. Be careful, they're fragile when hollow. Make sure Bathoras uses it well, will you?
The player returns to Kolgar and Bathoras to find that they are in the middle of discussing what to do with Duroz's remains.
Bathoras says: Is this something you would like me to do for you?
Kolgar Flameguard says: ...Yes. He wanted to be forgotten. But if I can keep him just with me, that... will be close enough.
Bathoras says: Little one, please come over here.
Bathoras casts a spell, causing the energy from Duroz's body to fill the gem-shaped vessel.
Bathoras says: It is done. The vessel is now filled and is yours to take with you.
Kolgar Flameguard says: Is it... him?
Bathoras says: I'm sorry, but no. This was once his portion of the power that infuses all living things. We borrow it for a time, and then it is no longer ours. Yet it does remain.
Kolgar Flameguard says: I... see. He would not have believed he deserved this kindness from the dragons.
Bathoras says: One cannot deserve dignity. It is the right of all life.
Kolgar Flameguard says: I will not forget this, Bathoras. Or you, <name>.
Kolgar Flameguard says: For now, I... need time to think.
After this, Kolgar walks off towards the inn, with the little whelpling following along behind him. Once he is seated in the inn, players can interact with him and get an updated dialogue:
<Kolgar stoops under the weight of both axes holstered to his back, but he does not move them.>

Description
I could sense that his friend bore a deep scar. Something in this place reopened it--perhaps so that it could heal cleanly this time. Now it is Kolgar's time to heal. In the terrace above us, you will find my friend Trellain working with the enchanters. Tell him that I require one of the vessels he uses in his work. He will give it to you freely.
