Description

There is nothing in the world greater than food made from the best, freshest ingredients! My good friend I am on a hunt. A hunt for the perfect eggs! I have heard tale of eel eggs. A delicate texture, a slight undersea saltiness... such a unique flavor profile! I must have them! The eels here lay their eggs on the land before returning to the sea. Please, gather these eggs for me so that I may create only the most elegant of omelets!
