TheWoWDBJust basically kill all the threats to fill your progress bar. If there a lot of people around it could take 30 minutes or so fill the bar because the re-spawn rate is a bit slow. The tougher the target the more points you get on your bar.

What are you supposed to do with the soul mirrors? It's driving me nuts they just lay crap out there and expect you to just know. GAH.
