I'm pretty sure I've never seen this world quest before I upgraded my mirror travel network to rank 3.

Dear gods... this WQ gives me Lucid Nightmare flashbacks.
Flight Point: Sanctuary of the Mad in Revendreth
Turn toward the castle wall and enter the right side of an arcade with 6 arches. Go downstairs into the Sanctuary of the Mad. Enter the "maze" through the sparkling mirror.Major Mirror Disruptions consists of a "maze" of mirror portals. You choose a mirror portal and you find yourself in a new location or back in the Forgotten Chamber. Sometimes there are hostiles at a location. Eventually you will go through a mirror you've gone through before and find yourself outside, at the Cinderspire Wall with [npc=163921]. If you want to exit at any time, walk through the mirror with candles at the base to return to the Sanctuary of the Mad where you started OR hearth out. You can also walk away from a mirror location outside the Forgotten Chamber. (The maze destinations are all on the map.)
- The description of the quest lists the requirement to enter 4 mirrors, 5 dead ends and 4 returns.
- IMO there is no correct sequence to enter the mirrors. I believe there is a count (enter each of the bright red mirrors, reach all of the available destinations and kill all NPCs) AND a timer that ends the quest after 10 minutes if the count isn't reached.
Strategy 1:
- Only go through bright red mirrors in the Forgotten Chamber.
- Go through each of the bright red mirrors, although you can skip the return mirror with candles at the base.
This is the return mirror because you always return to the Forgotten Chamber from an external location through it. You may enter this mirror, but it almost takes you to the Sanctuary of the Mad where you started.- ,he mirrors will be chained off until combat ends.
- The dull red mirrors with candles are portals, but they won't take you anywhere new and they won't take you to the exit.
- To add structure, when you're in the Forgotten Chamber, you can start with your back to one of the short walls with a single mirror alcove - OR you can keep your back to the return mirror (with candles at the base).
Fastest time: 4 minutes.Strategy 2: Anything goes. Use a system or do it randomly.

Return mirror. Always open.

^R^ Return Mirror. You always return to the Forgotten Chamber from an external location through this mirror. You can also choose it as a portal.
- The destinations at the other side of a mirror seem to be randomized and include:
- The Forgotten Chamber
- The Sanctuary of the Mad
- * Ashen Traverse (outside)
- * The Desiccation (outside)
- * Shrouded Asylum (outside)
- * Shrouded Asylum (inside). To leave, walk through the Anima container in front of the mirror. If you go through the wood doors you'll encounter more NPCs.
- The END: the Cinderwall Spire ramparts (26.6, 58.8). [npc=163921] is out there. Slay him. Leave through the mirror next to him to return to the Sanctuary of the Mad. Go up the stairs and leave.
(*One of these locations may not be part of the maze on the day you do the quest.)
