You can run the dungeon with NPCs by bringing up the Looking for Group tool that you use to play with other players and using the difficulty drop down menu to switch to Follower dungeon and selecting Maisara Caverns.

What to do
Description
Shadra has asked dat we recover de third piece of Mixer Jamanga's ritual, de Shell of Shadra. With it, maybe we can bring her back. She recognized both de Witherbark and Revantusk as her allies. I felt her approval upon all of us. I believe this is de right choice. Halazzi set us on dis path, and we each got our roles to see it through. Gather your allies and go into Maisara Caverns! I would expect one of their leaders to hold de shell. Kill dem and take it back.

Beneath the sacred Maisara Hills, Vilebranch trolls sacrifice Witherbark captives to power their necromancy. Their rituals twist stolen souls into fuel for Rak'tul, a monstrous dire troll bound in the depths. If the cavern's magic is left to fester, Zul'Aman will face a terror it cannot contain.

There are three relics of Shadra. I only had two. I had de fang in de village and de eye hidden here. Dey musta stolen de fang somehow, then came for de eye! We never had de Shell of Shadra--it was lost when we left Shadra'Alor. It's possible de Vilebranch have de shell.
