NOTE: It seems Blizzard got their stuff together and finally fixed it so you can view the rep from the rep window, outside the raid. I will, however, leave the below info for historical purposes, as there is still some helpful info there. Outside of making the below macro, the alternative was viewing the rep from the Dungeon/Adventure Journal for the raid.

The quest giver is inside the raid. As soon as you zone in, take the stairs going up and to the left. For me, all I had to do was talk to [npc=235617], click the quest in the dialog window, then click the button to complete the quest. It should be known that you can obtain rep within the raid, without completing this quest. However, you will not be able to view the renown track until you complete this quest.

NOTE: To view the renown rep track normally (without a script to pull up the UI window), you need to be in the raid. Once you're inside the raid, you can either talk to Paula Piranha, OR you can open your reputation window (default key binding is U), find the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club rep, then click it. This will open up a side window to the right, where you'll then see a "View Renown" button you can click.

However, there is a script you can run either manually, or through a macro, which allows you to pull up the UI without needing to be in the raid. You can see the script at the end of this comment. oh ic now, the only way i can check that renawn track is by talk with NPC inside the raid. GJ BLIZZARD! IT'S SO HANDY!
