This quest is poorly implemented because he doesn't give any acknowledgement of when each step is complete. The clickable ingredients are standard for this kind of quest. But when he says to jump on the grapes, literally you just have to stand in a barrel and hit space bar. There's no indication how many jumps is enough for each step, so just keep jumping until he says something new. He can also ask you to jump multiple times in a row, so just pay attention.
For "Jump in there and stomp those grapes!" get in the grapes and jump 3-4 times, then get out. If you stay in there jumping it can mess up the next step.
