I literally stumbled over the follow-up quest that brings some more dialogue that I won't spoil here.
- Go to the Obsidian Citadel in The Waking Shores
- Take the staircase near Wrathion's quest hub, entrance at 27.42, 61.19 directly across from the lava pool.
- Sneak past or dispatch the mix of elite/regular mobs until you get to the circular room with the blue shield in front of you.
- Head left down the staircase continuing to sneak or stab as needed, then take a left into the first room you see.
- In the bookcase on the righthand side of the room there is a book you can interact with to pick up [item=198661] which grants you the quest.

Thank you for listening to me, young one. I have a favor to ask. Don't worry. No more stories. When we left this place, I left a... time capsule of sorts. Would you... would you be able to retrieve it for me? We left it at the bottom of the Ruby Life Shrine, hidden behind one of the pillars. I hid it with a sigil. If you activate it, you should see my time capsule.
