Arm and Weapon - sundered flame camp just to the right of the two flags as you enter from where Ebyssian and Scalecommander Emberthal are, it is located by a bunch of crates and a wagon.
Head - Face the building behind the statue, there is a ledge with pillars on it behind some crystals to the left.
Orb - left side of the building there is a twin waterfall. It is underwater at the bottom waterfall.

Very obnoxious - missing parts spawn one at a time, and you apparently can't dragonride or shapeshift while carrying a part.
