Even though mobs in the area show on tooltip that they can drop these relics they don't.
I wasted a few min killing around 20 of them before I noticed that the relics were actually in chests within the houses (lol).

Description
As promised, here is the crescent key that will open my family's lockboxes, though nothing of value remains. I trust whatever you find you'll deliver to Delas? Our ancestor's things, whatever their worth, should remain in our family.
